looking at buying 1 to go along side my eheim 2215. are they quiet? easy to clean? anyone got one?

The XP2 is silent and easy enough to work. The O-ring is hard to access to maintain, but you'll be used to that with Eheim Classics

HTH
Rabbut

i've got the xp2 and it is really quiet and very efficient i'd go for it

xp3 ordered, fingers crossed its as good as it says..... :good:

Not sure about the XP3, but my XP2 has been running for 5 years nonstop now!

Never had any problems or never had to replace anything(apart from media lol), absolutely bombproof.

thats a confidence boost, i know everyone has their own experiences with equipment some good/ some bad but from what i have found these filters are very good and as you say bombproof (can we say bomb....?) i just wasnt too sure about the priming method, seems totally different to all the others but at least its not mechanical and wont break!!!! :good:

My xp3 has never missed a beat, reliable and very silent.

Thumbs up from me :good:

I have been running an XP3 on my 120 gallon for over 6 years and it has been so quiet and trouble free that I now own 3 other XP series filters.
