I think overcrowding is causing your fish diseases....

Many studies done on the ingredients in Kick-Ich and related products. All those tests found no effect on crypt at any stage of the life cycle even at triple the dose recommended on the bottle.

I have had luck with medications that both repel the parasite and protect the fish: mixing a frozen food (mysis works though I use Rod's Food) with a combination of Seachem Focus, Seachem Metronidazole, Prazi-Pro, Garlic, Selcon, and to bind it all to the food enough drops of AP Gel-Tex PX to coat the mixture. Re-freeze and feed in small portions.

The Metro, when the fish ingests it, makes the gills and blood of the fish unpalatable to the parasite, so they either don't attach or immediately drop off. If the do ingest from fish that has consumed food recently, the Prazi kills the parasite (sorry, I can never recall the stage of life names of the thing so I call it parasite). The Focus prevents bacterial infection from wounds of scratching or from parasite attachment, and helps bind the meds to the food. The Gel-Tek Px contains both metro and prazi in smaller concentrations, is extremely palatable to the fish, ensuring consumption, and binds the three meds to the food. The garlic stimulates appetite (maybe) repels the parasite (maybe) and can't hurt (certainly). The Selcon give fish vitamins to restore health to fight off the parasite.

Dont do anything, feed them well, there are foods like new life spectrum optimum H 2 0 with garlic in it, use it feed them and dont bug them, the ich should go away but not for a while. Dont worry, no meds will help, just feed good.
