One of my new boys is being disrupted by the flow from the filter. I know I read somewhere here how to reduce the flow (the filter isn't adjustable). Can anyone point me in the right direction?

That's a good idea. I personally used a sponge and a suction cup from Michael's. It has a hook on it and I just put the hook through the sponge and suctioned it directly under the flow of the filter. My Betta doesn't seem to mind the current that's left and it's just enough to oxygenate the water for the Cory.

I'm using some extra plastic mesh I had left over from when I made the divider.
I curved and folded it around where the water flows out, haad to fold it behind the little ledge thing that the water flows into the tank and then wedge it inbetween the tank and the filter so it would stay put, but it works like a charm.
Reduced the flow from the tank to pretty much as low as you'd want it and since it's a mesh, it doesn't hinder the flow of water.
Think the mesh costs less than a dollar at Walmart for a big sheet.
