Redoing A New Cory Spawn

looking at buying 6 albino, 3 green and 3 black cories any suggestions i want to redo spawing as my first set of cories were lost to cold temps since my landlord refused to have the furnace fixed in a timely manor so starting fresh again also how long should it take before they should be old enough to spawn? any ideas inchy been a while since ive heard from ya
