Red zebra

Tiny black spots have appeared all over my red zebra. It's a fully ccled tank, haven't checked the water in a while, but Saturday I just did a water change. I know white spots is ick. Is black spots a disease?

Yes, black spot is a disease (quite rare)

I can't help more than that. I noticed that you had no replies to your post which i think is a bit ridiculous in the 'Emergency' section so thought i would try and help. A search on the internet should come up with something on this though

Have you added any snails or fish that where wild caught lately? You can get a parasite that causes black spots from snails. Also there is another black spot that is mentioned here. Hope this helps some.

Mbuna sometimes get blackspots; my Red Zebras used to get them a lot and its especially noticeable on them. I did find out what it was once... but I've forgotten ) . Whatever it was it was fairly harmless - yours may or may not be this!
