It looked like it hit on something but I don't know ):
This list is from another thread.

1. Water parameters. (ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, PH, temp', Hardness etc) - I can't afford a test kid so there is no water parameters.
2. A full description of the fishes symptoms. - it had red swelling and raised scales. still interacting normal with other fishes.
3. How often you do water changes and how much. - I haven't made any water changes yet. Its only about a week after I put in my fishes.
4. Any chemicals and treatments you add to the water. - Anti chlorine 1 week before putting in the fishes.
5. What tank mates are in the tank. - Mickey Platy, Rasboras Espei, Shrimps, leopard cories and spotted otto.
6. Tank size. - 3 feet
7. Finally Have you recently added any new fish? - Only a few hours ago.

Its the yellow one.

Guppies really should go into a much more mature tank than 2 weeks old. Atleast a couple of months i'd say from experience. If you take a water sample to your local fish supplying pet shop they should do you a free water test,or give you parameters for a small fee depending on where you're located.
It's difficult to know because the symptoms you've given are quite vague and apply to many illnesses. Does it look like it's bleeding under the surface of its skin? Is it having trouble swimming? Still eating?

The only local fish store I know that have a test kit is the ones with 'imported' stuff. but they have cool fishes though :D
I took the water change from my old tank and put it in for the beneficial bacteria to grow.
Well I think its just a bruise. Lets hope it heals :D
By the way does rasboras attack guppies?

Did you put mature media in this new tank? Or is it literally two weeks old (IE: You added water two weeks ago) But have fresh media and so on...

If by media you mean the filtering stuff. I set it up when I put in the water. So I guess its literally 2 weeks old.

You need to check out the beginners section of this forum and look at "Fish in Cycling" Seeing as you have fish in your "Two Week old" Tank.

If you dont do this you will end up with an empty aquarium.

I cant stress how much you need to do this.
