Red spots on my Fantail

I just found a few red spots on my fantail's dorsal fin and tail...

What should I do?
Is it a disease???
I have two others in the tank but nothing is wrong with them except one has some fungus on the tail...

Red Spot is a sign of stress, how often do you change the water, what size is the tank what is inwith the Fantail and have you recently used any chemicals.

Are they actually spots or more like streaks, as blood streaks can be also down to stress 0r and if you have done a water change but not warmed the fresh water to the same temperature so chilling the fish.

It is a red spot

It is gone now ..... (I will do a water change anyway)
