Red Sore Marks? ? Help Looks Painful

ok reddening has gone down a bit and white can be seen but it looks as though it is healing
have noticed a change back to normal behaviour
but i think maybe it may not be disease now as one of the tiger barbs that was ill and had platy nibbling at its redness has also now got jagged edges in its tail so are the 3 tiger barbs just fighting more or is one of the other tankmates attacking them
i dont see any fighting at all 3 tiger barbs just seem to swim together

UPDATED :

RIGHT AFTER SOME OBSERVATION SHOULD I CONTINUE TO DOSE THE MEDS? ? ?
i been watching the behavivour in the tank and the 2 tiger barbs that are getting better are getting bit by the un injured tiger barb
iwatched him tonight take a clean bite out of the side of the other again and now its a raised red lump
the other injured barb is just hiding away in the cave with red sores and a bitten tail
so i think after addind the 6 platy last week its caused a change in the status of the barbs
should i continue to med to help heal
remember my filter media isnt in!
should it go back
how do i calm them down
add more green or tiger barbs or just let them fight it out to establish new status
more hiding places.?
i got 4plants in at mo but maybe not enough shelter?
2 other fish have tail damage too <tetras>
thanks

All you can do is make a bigger shoal, or rehome the bullys.

Add filter back to tank.
Carry on with the med now.

Soak his food in garlic juice to stimulate appetite, and boost the fish immune system.
