Red faeces

I just bought a couple plant lamps for my tank(one shattered, though). And after i was done, i noticed that one of my female tiger barbs had a bloody/red faeces. It was attached for about 15-30 minutes. then it was gone/dropped off.
Its not stringy.
What is it?? Internal parasite?
She is active still, and eats.
My water parameters are

Ammonia:0
Nitrite:0
Nitrate:5 mg/liters

(i got a metric test, conversion though) how many is this in the english system?

75 gallon, 78*F
Ph 7.8(same as local lfs and tap water)
Gh 14( " )

nope, i just feed them flakes and pellets, perhaps it is the coloring, nothing abnormsl this morning...

...possability it could be intestinal worms then

If it's intestinal worms, the fish will look very fat and you might even be able to see the worm coming out of the vent.

Thanx, im still observing. She isnt fat, but kina bigger than the males(its a female tiger barbs, so..). Im still observing, oh btw, the fecal matter wasnt moving.
