Red Cherry Shirmp Acting Up

Just planted some new plants in my tank and moved a piece of bog wood and my Red Cherry shrimp are playing up. In particular the male one of the four is twitching really badly and then goes stiff? what could I have done!?!
Water Stats are fine as i just checked these.

Nitrate 10
Nitrite 0

PH 6.8

all normal...

Did you rinse the new plants well?Some have been treated with meds with copper in to kill parasites

Yeah all plants were rinsed thoroughly under the tap :..

IM doing a large water change now just incase something may ahve got through?

They have all started doing it now....

What can i do?

What removes copper!?

A HUGE water change?
Do you have any activated carbon for your filter?

could it be too much C02?
I didnt turn off the CO2 system whilst i had the light off? I have activated carbon and have just done a 50% water change.
when they walk they are walking like they are drunk.
