Red + Blue

looks abit overstocked to me.

anyway to hide the green eheim pipes?

nice fish

you can buy black eheim pipes BUT i would need to re drill the tank as i have 6 x intake pipes and 4 x out put pipes

my tank is acrylic so drilling it is no big deal but i cant be bothered

i don't like you, but i feel black eheim pipes will make it look a lot better. the green stands out amongst your fishes.

ps. i had to mention i don't like you so it's clear.

 why on earth would you even waste you time posting on his threads then?
whats the problem if hes happy with green?

....and that unnecessary bit of rudeness just earned Unseen a 7 day suspension of posting rights.

I can only assume that the photos of the asian aros do not do them justice, because otherwise they look nowhere near as nice as CFC's jardini. Obviously there are the aggression issues with the jardini, but its colours seem to blow those of the asians out of the water.

each to their own

its also imposable to put more than 1 jar per tank

To be fair my jardini is an exceptionally well coloured specimin, an average jardini doesnt even come close to the looks and colours of a good quality Asian

What for?

Saying he dont like someone?

I think its a bit harsh, being honest about his feelings towards another person aint really bad..

Someone else in this thread said that to him as well (i wont name that person) have they had the same treatment? you must know it was cos you deleted thier post.

I removed all the rude and abusive posts and made it clear that no more would be tollerated and bans would be issued if it continued (see post #4), there was absolutely no need to post in the thread just to say he doesnt like T1karmann.

This is a nice pic. They are awesome looking fish.

It's very impressive to see that many stunning big fish all in one place like that.

I personally don't know if I'd have that many aros though, maybe just the one and try some other big species. I guess you just really like aros :p.

Rays are my favourite out of there :D.

you dont like me but i can stand you so whats your point dont you read your warning

just for the record because some people just don't seam to understand no mater how many times they are told

the tank is easy big enough for a pair of aros RIGHT WE HAVE THAT STRAIGHT
Most aro keepers in Singapore keep this many aros in a 6x2x2 tank

my main goal is to breed the Asian aros which has not been done outside Asia in a tank

to keep a group of Asian aros you need 4 or more or they will rip each other to bits

you need to wait until they are 3-4 years old before they pair off

its no different to a Malawi/mbuna tank but on a bigger scale if my tank is overstocked then so are all of the Malawi ciclid keepers

i have been removing aros as they grow and did have 12 at one point the red tail gold is going tomorrow

once they have paired up i will drop it down to 2 or 4 depending how many pairs i get

they used to fight allot but as their space has been made smaller as the have grown the fights have become less

if ANYONE on this forum has tried a breeding project like this i would be more than willing to listen to any info you are willing to share with my

IF NOT SHUT UP and i will keep MY FISH MY WAY

I have not been offensive to anyone in this thread all i have done is defend myself from the angry mob who think it their duty to linch just because i cant spell or I'm arrogant about the way i keep my fish

maybe i am arrogant WHO Cares if it bothers you that much don't read my threads its not hard if you don't like the way i keep my fish and you think its cruel in someway don't read the thread its not hard if you see a thread started by me in the photo section don't read it

I have a question for you if you dont mind :)

What do you feed such fish? and does it cost a lot of money for thier weekly feed?

i feed live giant meal worms also know as mario worms and prawn to the arowana
prawn and pellets to the tiger fish
prawn meal worms and pellet to the rays
blood worm to the flagtail

it costs about £25-30 per week

most of that goes on the meal worms i buy 1kg and feed 100 worms per day 1kg = £20

i do 2 x 25% water changes per week which takes about 1 hr each with a gravel clean
