Recommendations For Small Tetras Or Amazonian Shoaling Fish

Very pretty fish!  I'm not sure I have a big enough tank for them and my pH typically runs between 6.0 and 6.5, so that may be too acidic for them?
 
I'll definitely keep them in mind though!
