Recommendations For Centerpiece Fish?

I thought it was a Biotope
but then I looked at the plants and I have Amazon Sword, Java Fern, Java Moss, Anubias Barteri and Hygrophila Polysperma....
So I kinda ditched the biotope thing however I think I've found the perfect fish, Banded Gouramis they're not aggressive and they look like big Dwarf Gouramis to me, they're timid but I don't think the Cichlids would scare them because the cichlids are Benthopelagic [epic word I just learned ] and the Gouramis are surface dwellers. So I think it would be ok, sold at a local LFS for 8 quid each good price in my opinion.

Minnt, your elliotti is stunning!! . Hmm, never considered this before as a centrepiece fish as was always thinking of a blue acara but has now gave something else to consider!!
