Recommendations for a 10 gallon tank

I started out with a 10 gallon tank about 2 weeks ago and added 3 black skirt tetras as starters (on the recommendation of the fish man). I got hooked very quickly and bought a 20 gallon on Monday. It currently has 3 zebra danios to start the cycling process. All fish in both tanks are doing fine. I'm thinking of moving the 3 tetras to the larger tank when the cycling is complete as I think they'll enjoy more room. I'm wondering if there are any suggestions for appropriate fish for the 10 gallon tank.

Endler live bearers are great fish for a ten gallon, also your schools should be atleast 6 once the cycle is done, 3 is a bit small for any school other than bala sharks (which need like a 200 gallon tank)

Livebearers (guppies, platies, mollies and swordtails) are a great choice. They're very colorful and active and are easy to breed.

Um, small tetras, cories, ottos, ADF's, ghost shrimp, I think you can have one ram in a tank, I'm really drawing a blank right now . Livebearers are cool but unless you want a million babies don't get any females, period. Besides, the males are usually neater looking.

You can get some really cool coloured platies. I like the ones that look like mini goldfish

You can speed up your 20 gallon's cycle by moving some gravel or filter media from the established 10

Deffinately increase your number of danios to 5 and the number of tetras to 6.

The 10 gallon realy does have so many options...

I'd go for a couple of male platies, 3 otos and a dwarf gourami.
Or maybe a male honey gourami, 2 female honey gouramies and 4 pygmy/dwarf corydoras.
Or look into shell-dwelling cichlids. N. multifasciatus is my favourite and the smallest.
Killifish would also work.
A school of 4-6 neon/cardinal/black phantom tetras or spotted/harlequin rasboras in a heavily planted tank look very attractive. Golden dwarf barbs are also nice.
Platies, guppies, endler's livebearers, mosquito fish are idela. Certain species of brachy, limia and goodeids might also be possible but research your chosen species first.
Otos, smaller cories, khulie loaches, small gouramies, snails, shrimp, african dwarf frogs, bettas (maybe a female community) or maybe some dwarf puffers or (the actual) freshwater bumblebee gobies would also work.
There are lots and lots of fish to choose from...

Guppies are cute. Lol you should see my yellow one eating a whole fish flake ( dropped it in by acciden... he actually seemed to prefer it to broken up ones!). Although mine do seem to hover around near the surface...
