Recommend Me A Small Internal Filter

I need a small internal filter that I can adjust the flow on or has very little flow for my ADF tank.

They hate the wet/dry trickle as its just too powerful and blows them around, but I tried them without it as most say ADF's dont need a filter, well by this morning that meant their ammonia was upto 1 - this is no good for them, so I must use a filter on the tank.

Help, need to go get it today.

That kinda thing but I need bigger, its a 34L tank.

I have at the moment, fished out an aquaflow internal Ive got, which is meant for up to 200L tanks Ive angled the flow towards the back of the tank so its not too disruptive to them, but it takes up alot of the tank.

Tetratec intrenal's are very good, I have two of the tetratec 1000 very cheap

fluval 1+? or a 2+ as the 2+ actually doesnt put out that much flow.
