Rearranging tanks

I did some research a little while back and found these two pages about hillstream loaches and setting up a tank to cater to them. Hope this helps!

Yeah, I have seen them before MH.

Thanks! I think I am going to have sand, with small river rocks scattered on top and smooth (teracotta) plant pots along the back. The tank is already bubbley from the air intake on the filter but I am going to add 2 4" airstones as well and a bit of java moss on some of the plantpots.

I think it will be very cool! Might even add a couple more!

Theres a few species you haven't got yet Cheese why not turn it into a collection.

Mmmmmm ;)

I like your way of thinking. I am not sure that I could get any more kinds though. I got my common ones from Trimar under coldwater plec ( -_- ) and my chinese ones from the lfs.

Do you think Trimar woud order them in if I knew what I wanted? I am not sure how many could be housed happily in the tank either.

Yes Cheese if you give Monty a wish list he will try to find them for you and he normally does. Some good lfs will do the same thing. You could fit a few more in there, they're not exactly hyper active and they are not waste machines either.
