Really Fat Black Phantom Tetra

Hi i've got 4 black phantom tetras, 1 male, 3 female ( i know i should have more, i did but they died) and 1 of the females has been getting progressively fatter, it now looks ridiculously fat, does this mean it's carrying eggs or is there something wrong with it?

Also one of my neon tetras is shrinking, it's tiny now in comparison to the others, should i feed them more?(i recently moved out of parents and only feed them once every few days, used to feed every day)

I don't know anything about them but was looking up some info on black tetras and found some info on black phantom tetras on the way

If you read down on the page it says females are always bulging with eggs and ready to spawn. Sounds like a great life huh?

Thanks for that, okay so i'm not worried about the fat one, what about all the other normal size ones?!!!

Also the skinny neon tetra is now dead and i have no idea why
