Reading After 2 Days Nano And Pico

ok,i started 2 tanks at the same time one pico and a nano, one running a external 3 stage filter with live rock in filter and tank and the pico with a hob filter with live rock as media and few 2 kg live rock in tank,

nitrite is 4.0 in both tanks
nitrate 50 in both tanks

ph and salanity is ok, will this drop sometime ?
