re-freezeing thawed bloodworms

it's not recommended becuase i believe they're usually flash frozen in the company, so when you thaw them out, and then froze htem again ur doing it slowly, and this causes the cells of the bloodoworms to brust..w.hich means that all the nutrients is lost

Crush them in a ziploc baggie using the underside of a spoon, then stick what's left back in the freezer before it defrosts. Hikari makes a flat pack. The bw's are actually better out of the flatpack, they're not quite so...chewy. Plus you can break off slivers if you need.

i stab the cube with something shapr and it breaks into the pieces, then i take one of hte pieces out and put the rest back into the freezer :D
