Old topic, but is it the same for Bolivian Rams?

I always thought that bolivians were just a different color variation of GBRs. The GBRs are more developed by breeders while the bolivians were more like the wilds. I am probably wrong though, ask me something about livebearers and I will be more certain of the answer.
