HiI've got 6 tiger barbs in my community tank (30g but upgrading to 80g very soon) and have seen the most gorgeous Dutch Rams inmy LFS.

Will they get along? Had no probs with my barbs - they only seem occupied with each other. Also have lots of plants and hiding places. LFS seems to think they will be ok. It's a pretty good LFS. It's on the UK LFS directory on this forum and scored highly. Everyone seems to know their stuff and they have advised me against buying other fish so they don't seem to be after my money!

Please let me know as I REALLY want to get a pair of these rams as they are soooo beautiful!

I have kept Rams and TB's together before, with no problems (just for the record, they were in a 4ft, 210L tank).. the rams generally swin around a slightly lower level in the tank than barbs, which helps. As long as you have sufficient space, and plenty of features to break the tank up, caves, large bits of bogwood etc etc, then it Should be all hunky dory! Two more barbs may help to keep the barbs attention a little better, 6 is a good number, but 8 or more is much safer with TB's. :good:
