The fish in your pic is definately a bitsa/ hybrid. It has Glossolepis incisus in it and looks like a bit of Melanotaenia lacustris as well.
If you look at trojannemo's pic there are two male G. incisus (the red ones) and a male M. boesemani, (the yellow & blue one). There shouldn't be any dark lines running along the middle of the body and the scales should be more visiible for a G. incisus or M. boesemani.
Chilatherina species have small scales and it might be crossed with one of these.
