Rainbow fish curved back

Okay i need to get the stuff for the little tank to clean it. I think i noticed little white spots on lower lips of my other 2 baby turquoise rainbows and the uper fin on my boesemani has a white tint on the tip of top fin. Ill attach pictures of both can you tell me if im just over worrying or what i can do or should do.

The boesemani is normal colouring.

The lacustris has a bump/ bruise on the mouth caused by them swimming into something, usually the glass at night.

You can add a bit of salt if you like but they are fine.

Okay thank god! I did up the saline concentration by 1 Tbs and 1 tsp just to be safe.

Edit: also i did a 40% water change and replaced the salt for what i took out.

Last random question assuming nothing else happens. Should i be doing a daily water change of Like 10-20% for the two weeks at all?

Just do a 75% water change once a week and use salt for 2 weeks straight.
