Raf Waddington Airshow 2008

Well i went for the weekend in the tourer, we was right next to the runway and someone brought some ladders so we all climbed up on top of some sort of porter cabin lol great view though. I didnt go in as it was raining, probobaly go in next year if weather is better.

If anyone went then please share your experience or pictures

As you can see one of the red arrows were missing due to an engine failure. The 1st pic is of the spanish airforce. 2nd typhoon. 3rd Lancaster. I tried to keep it as short as possible but still post all of the aircrafts.

I love airshows, my fave type of photgraphy!

the red arrows are brilliant, they fly in close formation typically 4-6ft wing-tip apart.

I never went (would have loved to though), but nice pics.

Your lucky you've seen the vulcan (certainly not a typhoon ) ! Must have been spectacular!
I'm hoping it will come to Leuchars 2008, though I have no idea if it will, I doubt it.

Nice Vulcan (I can gurantee that is not a Typhoon - although the one in your other thread is).

yes, i think so, i think about £3-£4m of donations went into restoring it!
