R+S in Pool Meadow

R+S have got soem new fish that I have never seen before.

Can't remember the name.

they are about 1" in length
all Silver - Look like tiny little arrows.
Arrow shaped fins.
cery big dorsal fin when Flared.
Got about 30 in the tank.

He sometimes has some new fish which I cant identify although I think his supplier doesnt always even know either.

I remeber seeing some new ish type of tetra ,cant remeber the name but the looked similar to bloodfins , but with the ventral fin and flank being red only.
I suppose it isnt those as you did not mention any red.

Looks like arrows??? can you draw it?
