Quick Question

If i get a 215 litre tank and then just get a external filter (eheim) would i still be able to have fish init as well with about 5kg or LR.Because ideally i need about 25kg of LR but i will have to build this up gradually having not much money,so would it still be ok to add fish with an external filter and a Skimmer for filtration, until i have enough funds?

My external filter do you mean a canister filter? 215 leter tank I would sump, but that is just me.
About the live rock, Im adding mine in portions and it seems to be ok but, then again, im adding it durning cycling.
You need to let is cycle before adding fish. I dont know much more to say.

IMO if you want the best for your livestock, get most of you Live Rock 1st YMHO

ok the hood of the actual tank has a built in filter so would i be able to run this then just slowly add LR or would i need a fair amount of LR to start off with?

I dont know what tank you have but internal filter are more than useless
