Quick question on Anubias plant

How can I get them from now floating to the top cause when I pull them up the start to float to the top?

Tie them or glue them to a hard scape works, or kinda wedge it between skmethibg

I just fixed it by putting some gravel on top of the plant. Not a lot just like a pinch. 4 Java fern and 1 Anubias plant is what’s in it. Also do you know if I am supposed to take this tie of of my Java fern?
