Quick Lighting Help

Well, i recently broke my led hood on my 29 gal tank and was considering in buying an aqueon deluxe 30' full hood fluorescent aquarium light that comes with 1-24" 17 watt t8 full spectrum lamp. So, i was wondering if this would be good for a planted aquarium and what plants would flourish with this type of lighting. Also, any suggestions on any better and decent priced hoods will help out alot

You'll want something more powerful than just one T8. Shop around ebay and also all pond solutions do light units you can have a look at.

You'd only be able to grow the basics of plants and not at a very quick speed.
