When ever I scratch my dog under the chin, behind the ears, and on his ribs, his legs move up and down and he can't control it, its kinda funny because he seems to like it, he licks my hand after I scratch him. Does anyone elses dog do this?

My doggies whole boddy shakes when you find the right spot, looks like hes having a seizure.

edit : Anyones elses dog use you to scratch himself? My bf is 6' 3" and sleeps with his feet hanging off the bed. My doggy comes in while he is sleeping and uses his foot to scratch his back. Its really hilarious. His other thing is sneaking up on me when I am barefoot and trying to manoeuver my toe into his ear. If I let him get away with it he wiggles around and uses it like a Q tip. I know really gross, but very funny.

Yup, my dog does this too. He also moans the whole time, quite vocal. If you quit before he is done being scratched he will keep nudging you until you get his itchy spot again.

That is their "sugar or tickle spot" that you have found when you get that reaction lol.

Mine don't thump their leg..they just lean in real hard on me while I do it lol.

Never met a dog who didnt like to be scratched behind the ears.... most my dogs liked to have thier butts scratched, right about their tail lol my spanial would wiggle her butt when you did it so it was like chasing a moving target but she loved it!!

A dog that moves its legs when you are scratching it has an itchy spot, and you've found it. Congrats ;)
If you are itching a butt and the dog is backing up against you, whining, or groaning, you've hit an errogenous zone. Congrats, I guess....

 I guess I should be glad that its not the dogs butt I am scratching then. But then again my dogs moans quite heavily when you are scartchy his neck or behind his ears. Since he has been nuetered maybe he is just a little confused.
