I made a div C02 reactor and it has been runningin my 29 gallon tank for 3 days now. I have a small airstone attached to the tube and it's sitting directly under my power filter. I have a check valve between the 2 litter bottle and the aquarium. My question is there is a white fuzz that grows in my aquarium from c02 reactor. My tank walls look terrible. I wiped down the front glass and it felt thick and sticky. There is white fuzz on my plants live and artifical. Plus on my decorrations in my aquarium. Is this a problem, what I mean will it harm my fish?

I don't think it will harm your fish, from what I've read, but I'm not sure.

However, if you wish to minimize it, you may want to use a "gas separator", like the one shown in the second figure in this article.
