pygmy rainbowfish, some kind of fluke.

I got these posted a on Friday, they are Pygmy rainbows. This looks like a parasite maybe gill flukes. The fish are not looking too happy. Hope someone can identify the problem and suggest the best treatment I’m in uk. Ph is 7.5 tds 250 the tank is a 70 litre with a mature filter.

Looks more like baby Anchor Worms to me, since flukes are too small to be seen with the naked eye. If so, I’d treat with Waterlife Parazin.
 
Thanks, I will try the parazin, the fish is about the size of a cherry barb and the lens is a macro, I wouldn’t have seen them without the camera. I understand that the skin or gill flukes need a microscope so you must be correct.
