puffer spots?

my puffer has close to 60 spots, i counted and got 57. i thought that my puffer had a lot more spots than other's puffers, do these spot morphe together to form less spots, or do they keep the same amount their whole lifes?

fish markings can be very variable and some wil change from juvinile to adult and some won't. I don't think there is anything to worry about.
