Prolapsed Platy?!

Hi guys,
I went to feed my fish this morning and one of my platies has a red sack thing hanging out of her She is not a fry anymore, but is not yet fully grown, She's kind of a teenage platy Anyways, This red sack is hanging out of her anus and she is not pregnant (there is no males in the tank) She was fine yesterday, But today she is just sat in a plant, not eating. I did a water change on friday, I have tested the water and everything is fine. Can anyone help me out?
