Problem With My Kuhulis

i bought 4 of these the other day and they seem to of made the selves at home inside my internal filter they go through the slits of the juwel internal and live in there and come out at feeding what should i do?

could you put some sort of mesh over the filter inlet holes? ( piece of old tights or something- probably not perfect but would stop them getting in till they get bigger)and make sure you have plenty other caves/hidey holes for your khulis.
