Hi I am wondering if my tetra is pregnant help please

She looks like she is full of eggs, but I’m not sure if her eggs are fertilizers.

It takes a male to fertilizer a females eggs. Without the male, the females eggs will not hatch.

The eggs are fertilized outside the body so they arent fertilized
 
I agree. Just to let you know the word is gravid when referring to a fish the lays eggs. :)
Gravid is the term used for female livebearers with developing fry inside them.
Carrying eggs is the term used for female egg laying fishes that have eggs in them.
Spawning is the term used when egg laying fishes shed their gametes (eggs & sperm). :)
