dont worry, im with you. my female swordtail is pregnant for a few months already....

It's taking ages I'm hoping I can get to them before there eaten as I wanting to keep a few to put in the main tank

yerp!, im not too nervous about my swordtail because the fish dont eat fry in my tank, unless its dead babies

probbaly because i spoil them with good food lol, also none of them are full grown

This is my biggest 1 too all others are alot smaller but the didn't even look pregnant and had baby fry as 1 managed to survive shes so tiny but swims freely with the other fish

hmm, just a tip, tetras and livebearears shouldnt be togeter, they are on the oppisote of the ph and hardness

dont trust pet storre people, they are usually supplied with wrong info. if the tank is old enough it should be ok, they are just uncomfortable

yeah, you might want to seperate them if you have the chance. with a low hardness and high hardness tanks.

Depends on if they are tank bred or wild caught....I've kept them together, no issues

It's more of a water quality issue...but if they seem fine, I wouldn't fret over it
