Do you have a side on pic? She does look pregnant but why does it look like her scales are sticking out? Maybe just the angle of the shot?
 
Should I just go to specsavers?

Dropsy is a bacterial disease which attacks the internal organs. I have never had it, it's usually caused by stress, overcrowding, diet or bad water conditions. 
As far as I am aware, there is no cure for it. I don't know if salt works for it, like I say I have never dealt with it so I don't know i'm afraid. Sorry.
I will hope that someone else will come along and give you an answer.

She has Dropsy. 
I think there are some cures out there but they only really work if the dropsy is caught in the early stages. 
Try googling "cures for dropsy" and you might get some results.

afaik and im not 100% sure but a deshelled cooked pea cures this

Peas can help with constipation, but not with dropsy.
 
Usually, by the time the fish is 'pineconing' (ie, it's scales are sticking out), it's too late to save the fish

I wouldnt recommend salt. The sudden changes in salinity will stress them more
