Pregnant Molly Strange Poop

My black molly is ready to drop her fry. She is completely squared off, her anal area is swollen and wide and White, she is not eating and is staying away from the other fish.
So I moved her into the nursery tank last night.

Today I have noticed her pooping a lot but the poop is strange. It is clear, thread like with small White bits, approx 2mm in length.
Is she prematurely aborting her fry?

I have been testing the water and everything is fine.

It does not sound like she is aborting but it also does not sound like a healthy fish. Clear waste with strange white bits mixed in does not sound good to me.

She gave birth to 4 fry the day after - 3 of them still had massive yolk sacs attached and died within a few hours. One is happily swimming around now 2 days on.
Sadly after giving birth to those 4, she died.

My other fish are fine and the water is fine. So I assume she was just a poorly fish. Hopefully it wasn't something contagious that's has been passed on to others.
