Pregnant Guppy

Hello,
One of my female guppies has been looking pregnant for what must be more than 4 weeks now. I have started to notice that the black area at the back is starting to change. I am slightly worried as I had a female Guppy before that seemed to go through exactly the same thing then suddenly die.

Should i be worried?

Change in what way? It could just be the fry moving around.

Anyway, what are your water stats? And what fish are with her? And what size tank? It's possible she is holding on to her fry. They can do that if they feel the conditions are unsatisfactory, or if they are being stressed. Anything more you can tell about this would be helpful.
