IF you want to start breading these shrip .... good idea for extra money is to build a sump filter. then place the shripm in the void between the filter and the pump. making sure the blue filter mat is between them. then just leave the filter for around three weeks before adding the shrimp. Add the shrimp and just leave them.
They will get enough to eat as it is the filter system and there are no preditors. once big enough you can put them in the larger tank or sell them..
It is best to swap and trade the shrimp with other shrimp breaders so you get a different DNS bread.
