If yall had to guess how long before this pregnant molly gives birth?

A week or two but she would be happier in the main tank with lots of plants. Breeding traps/ nets stress most females put in them.

I'd say not long because she looks to be squared off at the front. You need to get her out of that death trap asap. Set her free to go hide in the plants.

The three other males keep harassing her and I don't want her to die so yesterday I put her in a glass jar so maybe that will be better I'm hoping to save a bunch of female baby mollys once tgey are big enough to the tank so the males will stop fighting

That is a better option than a breeding net

Have lots of plants in the tank. It doesn't matter if they are real or fake plants but have lots of them so the female feels comfortable and the babies have somewhere to hide. Keep the water clean and warm and she will give birth when she is ready to
