Pregnant Black Skirt?

think the one might be pregnant?? i dunno the difference between male and female. maybe the males are smaller?? but i have 2 bigger ones, and on looks...fatter than the other. wider on the bottom... but i dunno. i really cant tell. i dont knwo what they look like pregnant so yeah... what do you think??

Im also have some of these fish - except mine are the shorter finned variety.

Im a little worried about the small one at the end. You shouldnt really be able to see the swim bladder through the skin. If you look at the skinny one, there is what looks like a baloon inside him (go from eye level across the fish, you will see a curve), that looks like the swim bladder to me.

I think he needs fattening up.

With regards to the podgy one, the "bump" looks a little too far forward to me. It could well be that the fish is a female and is carrying eggs.. i dunno. Someone here will be better at this than me.

Can you see the fish from above? does the "bump" seem from above look the same on both sides? Does it look like a nice round bump, or is it squished to one side?

Reason I ask is that there is a skinny fish in the tank - so it could be worms. Dont panic tho - it probably isnt. More guidance will come.

i dunno what you mean about the little one... but how do i fatten him up if thats what he needs??

and yeah, the pudgy one is round on both sides from the top...im not ready for grandkids!!!! i dont know what to do!!! all i have is the 33 gallon that its in now, a 1 gallon, and a 55 that im gonna use as a saltwater... it wouldnt work in a 1 gallon would it?

i duno i cant tell with mine but i was told the darker once are males so it looks like 1 male and 2 females if this is right but i duno
