there's a "complete" description of whats going on in the tropical chitchat (http://fish.orbust.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=12577) for those of you that don't want to go there, i'll attempt to summarize. I have a pregnant (female ;)) black lyretail molly, and when she's not swimming around she's almost vertical... it Seems that her front end is heavier, tho it is possible that her back end is lighter. Is this normal in a pregnancy?

Also i've just noticed a white... dot or sumthin around where i assume the fry will come out. what is that?

that little white spot... that's where the fry will come out. you have to see when that spot becomes larger. that's when you should put it in a small tank. i have many balck mollies and i know when they'll drop.
