Are there any fairly aggressive fish that could fit alone in a 15 gallon tank?

I cant think of any aggressive fish really.
as most aggressive fish require a fair territory to become aggressive (cichlids)
Adding a convict wouldnt even work as they require other fish to be aggressive (and the convict breeding).
African butterfly fish might be ok,
But they're not really aggressive... and im debating whether or not its too small.

dwarf puffers!!!! you could fit 3 in there...then feed it a feeder fish every once and a while for some "predator" action

edit: another good thing about puffers is you can make your tank look like its saltwater. when i had my puffer people would assume it was a marine tank

So basically you know nothing much about Puffers, very few are piscavorus Dwarfs not at all. they are omnivores and eat crustacians and veggies.

im glad someone beat me to answering that question.

So what's my best bet? I don't care if it's a group or not. Just has to be mean.

Irritans stay smaller and many people seem to think they are more aggressive. However they still need a 29g or at least a 20l if you really keep on top of your water changes and are more difficult to find.

Maybe pushing it slightly, depending on the dimentions of the tank, what about a dwarf Snakehead?

Something like Channa ornatipinnis.
