Hi are the fish names you came up with the regions where the parents came from ?

Have you pics of the parents at all ?

Yes.... Samutprakarn is a province in Thailand and this is where my fighters came from and crossed it with a Malaysian fighter.

Nice fish, not too big on the fighting though but I love the fish I'm sure he would do well at anything he does even if it is fighting :good:

Well, they are all active... although they do like to hang about on the floor of the tank to rest. Cant wait for my java moss to come tomorow or wednesday (cheers RYO) they should enjoy resting in that :) and im getting java fern soon so they should be good.

Cracker, do you think this sounds bad. I had one of the smaragdina come with a split tail right down to the base. Now since ive had him he has been in and out of this little gap in the bogwood and he always has 4 vertical stripes about 0.5cm back from his head. Is this just showing off or something wrong?

Just let it sit like that there's nothing wrong with them. They will be more happier when your plants will arrive.

They really do love hiding.
