I currently have a 240L Fluval Roma 240 and I'm searching for more flow in the water current, I have a couple of airstones setup along with my filter (Fluval 305) but the algae spores and fish poo just sits at the bottom and is not getting picked up by the filter, a friend of mine bought a powerhead from ebay for around £12 and it seems to do the job brilliantly, his substrate is always nice and clean and his plants have a gently sway, however, his tank is 630L and the 'head he is using is too powerful for mine so I can't go for the same one, does anyone have any recomendations (without breaking the bank) on a decent powerhead?
