To be perfectly honest you need more LPH turnover.

I prefer seio pumps to be honest!

Agreed, you're looking for 6000 liters per hour worth of turnover (300x20) for a saltwater tank. I'd seriously consider Seio pumps as well since they are exceptionally efficient and push a LOT of water.

i agree, the sieo powerheads are really good value for money. i use 2 M620's and the flow is emense.
