Powerhead With Neons?

Well title says it all. I am thinking that i need a powerhead or something like that to get more flow so the waste settling on my sand comes off because i have some dwarf hair grass and its spreading really fast.
Its a 90L tank with 15 neons, 6 panda corys and 1 flame dwarf gourami.

Got a hydor koralia nano 900 in my 90L with cardinals so i'd imagin neons would be okay too.
My panda cory often swim against it too, well funny to watch

Yes I've got one on the way for my 106L which together with the new external thats coming (all hopefully by this weekend!) should create the river effect I'm after...

I will be transferring a trio of neons over once its been running a while (and obviously getting some more to bump up the numbers

As above, it should be fine. Mine tend to spend most of their time pretty close to it.
