Powerhead Advice

Hi, just looking for a bit of advice on powerheads.
I'm looking to get a powerhead to pump water from an 80l bin into my tanks for water changes, it will have to pump water up 130 cm.
Will any old cheap one do or will I need a higher capacity one? Also are most/all designs easy to attach to a standard hose?

I think a mixijet 1200 would do it, and are easy enough to fit to a standord tube. Not shure if the smaller models will have enough pumping height. Also unsure of the other brands have to offer.
