Powder Levamisole Dosage?

Hello. So I bought some powder levamisole for my Acara that had sunken belly and had it’s ,what I believe to be, ovipositor sticking out. My question is how much should I dose for a 10 gallon. I’ve heard that measuring half a gram is okay for a 10 gallon but wasn’t sure. If anyone has any experience with dosing powder levamisole please let me know. Thanks.
